Kildonan is a single-storey house on the west coast near Mellon Udrigle, with views across Gruinard Bay towards the Summer Isles. Everything is on ground level: a spacious living room with picture windows, a modern kitchen and dining area, and three bedrooms arranged around a central bathroom and separate ensuite. The first bedroom has its own shower room; the second and third bedrooms contain a double and two singles respectively. You'll have electricity and heating included, with initial logs for the woodburner, bed linen, and a welcome pack on arrival.

The property backs onto open hillside and is completely enclosed by gardens with lawns, trees and shrubs, plus a sitting area with furniture. Parking for two cars is on site. One pet is welcome. A small jetty just yards away allows launching of small boats, and you're within reach of several sandy beaches—Gruinard Bay itself and the white sands of Mellon Udrigle are both close by. The quiet location and self-contained garden suit families and those travelling with dogs. No smoking indoors.
