Red Kite Cottage

This single-storey cottage on the Black Isle sits within reach of the A9, making it a practical base for exploring the Highlands. Everything is on one level—an open-plan living space with kitchen, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), and a shower room. The living area has a TV with streaming services, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. One dog can stay free of charge.

The garden is enclosed and lawned, with a decked area for sitting outside, and woodland borders the back of the property. Private parking for three cars is available, and disabled access is provided. Non-smokers only. Fortrose, about three miles away, is known for bottlenose dolphin spotting; Rosemarkie beach is within walking distance. Inverness lies just six miles south across the Kessock bridge.
