Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a detached modern property sleeping two in one bedroom with an ensuite shower. Everything you need for a self-catering break is here: the kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge and washer dryer, while the open-plan living space includes comfortable seating and a 42-inch smart TV. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are all provided, along with parking for two cars on site.

Upstairs, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and views across open countryside. The ground floor flows through to an enclosed patio garden furnished with a dining table and barbecue for outdoor meals. The cottage sits on a quiet road next to the owner's home, within a mile of Dingwall town centre and its shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. A country footpath leads directly from the property towards Tulloch Castle. No smoking.
