The Cairngorms rise directly above this detached house on the edge of Aviemore, visible from the conservatory where the ski runs become visible in winter. The location sits slightly elevated, offering sightlines across open countryside where trails fan out in every direction. The River Spey runs nearby for fishing, water sports are accessible through the year, and the Aviemore area itself transforms with the seasons—ski season brings the mountains to life, while summer and autumn draw walkers and cyclists.
Ground-floor layout means no stairs: three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, accommodate six people. The master has a bath and shower, the other two have shower rooms. A spacious living room with a wood burner opens onto a dining room and conservatory; the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and a large utility room connects to an enclosed garden—useful for dogs, of which one is welcome free of charge. Parking fits three cars. A bike store and canoe storage suggest the kind of holiday people come here for.
Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are included. The wood burner has logs to start with. Pets stay free. The property is yours alone from check-in after 4pm until 10am departure. No smoking.
