Roy Bridge sits in the heart of the Highlands, where Loch Laggan stretches between mountains and the A86 connects you to Fort William and beyond. Rudh Na Magach is a detached house positioned right on the loch's edge, giving you direct access to the water and miles of space around you. The property sleeps 8 across four bedrooms—three with king beds, one with two singles—and has two bathrooms. Everything you need for a week away is here: a fully equipped kitchen for proper cooking, a utility room with washer and dryer, a games room for rainy afternoons, and wifi to stay in touch if you choose to.
The loch in front makes this place work for families who want to kayak, for people with dogs who need room to roam, and for anyone after scenery and quiet. There's parking for three cars on site. Oil central heating keeps it warm through Scottish winters, and bed linen and towels are provided. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The property is yours alone—no other guests, no sharing. It's the kind of location where you can spend days exploring the Highlands without much planning, or simply watch the light change on the water and call that enough.

What guests say
Great place to spend a holiday in the Scottish highlands! 1 point of attention is that there is limited light in the living room if you want to read when it is dark.

This is our 3rd year staying in Rudh na Magach on the Ardverikie Estate. Absolutely stunning place to stay, the house has everything you need and more. The views and walks are amazing. The estate staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Love this estate and all the accommodation, our third visit. Rush na Magach is a stunning property and the outside space and facilities are second to none. I personally would rather be closer to the main estate but that is just personal preference and in no way a negative to this property

superb accommodation. Lots of outdoor space for the dogs and their humans. Loved the loch shoreline being at the end of the garden as the dogs enjoy a good paddle Will definitely be back
