Everything happens on one level: an open-plan living and dining space with Smart TV, a kitchen fitted for proper cooking, three bedrooms (two doubles and a single), and a shower room. The whole place is yours alone, with parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue.

The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, so you can eat as you choose. One dog stays free and there's a welcome pack plus doggy extras. A highchair is available if you're travelling with a small child. The property doesn't allow smoking.

Opinan Beach is minutes away; Gairloch itself offers shops, restaurants and access to woodland walks and boat trips. This suits families or friends seeking a straightforward base near the water rather than somewhere demanding much attention.
