Taigh Fiodha

Taigh Fiodha opens onto an open-plan ground floor where the living, dining and kitchen areas flow together—a layout that works well for groups who want to cook and socialise in the same space. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with electric cooking, a dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, and downstairs a third; one has a double bed, one has bunks, and one has two singles. There is one shower room. The whole property is yours alone, and one dog can stay free of charge.

The cabin sits less than a mile from the sandy beaches at Shandwick, in the Seaboard Villages area between Tain and Balintore. It is a 40-minute drive from Inverness and conveniently placed for the NC500 route. The garden has lawn, seating areas and a barbecue. Parking for three cars is on site. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included; heating runs on a £1 coin meter with an initial £10 provided. No smoking inside.
