The Lookout

Larger families and groups find The Lookout well suited to a week away in the Cairngorms. The house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, arranged across bright, spacious rooms with separate living areas and a dedicated play room for children. A hot tub sits in the garden grounds. One dog is welcome.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, and a media collection of films and music is available indoors. The property sits on the edge of Aviemore, within walking distance of the town centre and its shops and restaurants. Mountain bike trails at High Burnside are nearby, as are the Aviemore Orbital cycle-way and a children's play-park adjacent to the grounds. The house overlooks the Cairngorm range and surrounding countryside.

Aviemore puts you within reach of skiing and snowboarding on the mountains, climbing and hill walking, quad biking, watersports on Loch Insh and Loch Morlich, the Cairngorm Mountain Railway, and the Reindeer Centre. The Highland Wildlife Park at Kingussie, Landmark Forest Adventure Park, and Spey Valley Golf Course are all accessible as day trips. The Moray coastline with its fishing villages and beaches lies further afield. No smoking inside.
