Tressady Coach House

Highland

Two miles from Rogart, on a secluded 100-acre estate in the Scottish Highlands, Tressady Coach House is a converted 19th-century stone building with direct access to woodland walks and open countryside. The estate gates open with a personal code; the drive winds through mature trees and fields to reach the house itself. Deer, pine marten, red kites and golden eagles roam the grounds, while seals, otters and dolphins inhabit the nearby shore.

The coach house contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms across two floors. Ground-floor bedrooms—a kingsize and a twin—sit close to a shower room with walk-in access, making this layout manageable for those with mobility considerations. Upstairs, a second twin and a large mezzanine bedroom with zip-and-link kingsize bed provide additional sleeping space. The living room centres on an open fireplace beneath a vaulted ceiling, with deep leather seating and original wooden floors. The kitchen and dining room are separately positioned and comprehensively equipped for self-catering. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included; one well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking inside the house. Rogart village has a pub, restaurant, store and post office; Dornoch and Lairg lie within reach for further supplies and attractions. The North Coast 500 scenic route runs nearby.
