Uaine Cottage

Uaine Cottage suits couples or families of up to four looking for a base in the Cairngorms. The layout keeps everything on ground level: a living and dining space with woodburner and smart TV, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), and a bathroom with shower over bath. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are provided, along with logs for the burner to get you started.

The cottage sits in a quiet corner of Aviemore, close enough to the town centre—a ten-minute walk reaches the pubs, restaurants and cafés—yet tucked away near the River Spey. An enclosed rear garden with patio and mature trees offers privacy and space to breathe; there's a charcoal barbecue if you want to cook outside. Parking for two cars is on site, and a bike store is available. One dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking, and check-in is after 4pm, checkout before 10am.
