Y Bwthyn
Highland
The Black Isle offers excellent walking and cycling through varied terrain, with regular sightings of local wildlife, and the historic town of Cromarty is nearby. A pub sits within a mile of Y Bwthyn, making it easy to explore on foot or by car. For those who prefer quieter pursuits, the landscape itself—moorland, woodland, coast—rewards a slower pace of discovery.
This three-bedroom cottage sleeps six across a ground-floor super kingsize, a double, and a single (plus a pull-out single in the same room). Two bathrooms serve the property: a wet room on the ground floor and a full bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower. The open-plan living space on the ground floor combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas around a woodburner, with doors opening onto a patio and garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave-grill. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial logs for the fire.
Three cars can park on site. One dog or cat is welcome. The property is non-smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
