Hinckley Apartment 5 is a self-contained studio on the first floor, sleeping two in a double bed with an ensuite shower. The open-plan layout combines living space with a small kitchenette (two-ring hob, microwave, fridge) and dining area, plus a Smart TV for evenings in. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included; there's also a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer on-site.

A car park space is allocated to the apartment. Chris's Fish & Chips in Earl Shilton is nearby, and a pub sits within a mile. From here, Hinckley is a short drive, as is Leicester with its museums, cathedral and historic guildhall. The National Forest and Burbage Common offer countryside walks; Twycross Zoo and Mallory Park Circuit are accessible for days out. The apartment does not permit smoking.
