Low Barn

The Leicestershire-Warwickshire border sits in farmland where walking routes begin at your gate. Low Barn is a converted barn on a working stud farm, surrounded by fields and horses. It's all on one floor: two bedrooms (one double, one kingsize), two bathrooms, a living room with a wood burner, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Bed linen, towels, heating and wifi are included; logs for the burner come with the booking.

The property opens onto a large courtyard with sitting-out space and garden furniture. You can park two cars on site. Market Bosworth, a small market town with independent shops and restaurants, is under a mile away. Three pubs are within walking distance. Calke Abbey, Conkers adventure centre, and Hicks Lodge for walks and cycling are all nearby. The Peak District is about 40 miles north. Donington Park race circuit is 15 miles away.

The property sleeps four and is for couples and families only; children under 18 are not accepted. No smoking throughout.
