I had a truly wonderful stay at Elm Tree Farm. From the moment I arrived, Gina made me feel so welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. My room was spotless, cosy and incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful countryside setting was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I especially loved the beautifully designed bathroom! The whole place has such a warm, homely atmosphere, and it's clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. If you're looking for a peaceful, friendly place to stay near Withernsea, I cannot recommend Elm Tree Farm highly enough. Thank you, Gina, I can't wait to come back ❤️

I went for 4 day's for the campsite, nice quiet site for approx 9 pitches with electric h/u , weather was hot sunny , double shower/toilet by the field entrance & the other with the kitchen area with microwave, sink , washing machine. Owners very friendly & helpful , In the middle of corn fields , 3 miles for either withernsea or patrington to visit or get supplies further afield hornsea etc. 10 mins walk down a quiet single track road to the sea/cliff. I went and was lucky to see approx 10 dolphins in 3 pods , deer in fields etc. I will be going back soon, if you want a small quiet site away from it all this is the place !

Went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Great pitch, warm showers, clean well appointed kitchen. Even made us a cuppa on arrival!

Gina is a delightful host, Norman the dog is lovely and very friendly, Very peaceful location Spotless cottage room Lovely bathroom and shower Zero noise at night - Had a great sleep Great base to explore the area Will definitely return :)
