About Craig Eithin B&B

Craig Eithin is a single-storey bed and breakfast at Caergeiliog, around four miles south-east of Holyhead, surrounded by gardens and open fields. Hosts Debbie and David run four modern, newly converted rooms, each with a smart TV, complimentary WiFi and tea and coffee facilities, alongside a shared lounge and dining room for guests.

Breakfast is the standout: a hearty, locally produced full Welsh breakfast with homemade bread, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and nuts, with vegetarian options and packed lunches available on request. It has built a strong following among repeat visitors to west Anglesey as a result.

An attached self-catering cottage, The Snug, offers two further bedrooms, a shower room and a ground-floor kitchen and living area for guests wanting more independence. Craig Eithin's countryside setting suits visitors wanting a quiet base within easy reach of both Holyhead and South Stack.

An excellent find! Ideally located, close to A55 but so quiet. Beautifully decorated. The hosts have put a huge amount of thought into making everything perfect for their guests. Breakfast was superb and cooked to order ensuring everything is fresh. We appreciated the tips from David on the routes to take and places to visit locally. It made for a wonderful visit. Thank you Debbie & David!

Stayed here when catching the ferry next day. Very convenient for ferry just 5 minutes down a straight road to terminal. Hosts were great and even made our breakfast exactly at the time we requested it so we time our exit for the ferry. Very kind and the breakfast was great. The room was very nice.
