What visitors say
I normally go to Durham Odeon Lux or the Omniplex in Sunderland as the seats are amazing and the cinemas are nice and clean. Only went to Ciniworld Dalton park as I was taking my mam and she can’t walk for so thought we would try here. Never again the seats are awful, they don’t recline at all, there very narrow, god only knows how a bigger person would fit in them & with them being material there filthy. Lesson learnt & won’t be returning. In the modern cinemas world with leather recliners, sofas and beds etc this cinema is a total let down. It has none of them, just terrible, upright uncomfortable seats.

Had a great trip to dalton park cineworld today with my son. Wanted to leave some feedback as people are so quick to leave negative reviews but don't take the time to leave positive feedback. Excellent experience from start to finish. Was served by Hannah who was really helpful and friendly. Chatted to my son about the Mario Movie (what we had booked to see) and was very knowledgeable - he was even more excited for the film! Great screen, comfy seats and very clean throughout. Thanks for a great time!

Staff are helpful and as others have mentioned staff open doors for you and help when needed. Facilities are good. But why so expensive for food, Cineworld if you lower prices even just a little you would get more footfall.....
