Our child had their 8th birthday party here & it was a great experience. The process of booking the party was simple & any queries I had were answered quickly & politely. I received a follow-up call closer to the date of the booking, just to check numbers etc. which really set my mind at ease. The staff were all really polite & kind with the kids. The party rooms are looking great after a recent refresh! The kids (all 16 of them!) enjoyed the quest experience - And the fact they got two goes in the arena made it even better. The best value in the area!

Really enjoyed the party session. Always excellent value for money. The only complaint was that there were other kids in the arena at the same time during our party. I expected that we would have the arena to ourselves. This was a bit of a problem as my party age group was 8 to 10 but most of the other kids were older and more experienced players.

Kids had a blast - really good gaming session. Party room / organisation on the other hand….. was stressful, rushed and not very well explained - felt very much like ‘one in one out’ the more parties they can rush through the better. We had laid out the room and then as soon as food was over we were urged to get out. Straight away having to pack up what we’d laid out having to hover in entrance area. I’d return for just gaming session but I wouldn’t recommend the party experience from a ‘host’ perspective - however - I don’t think kids were affected by the chaos!
