As you do during the holidays, boredom eventually strikes — and suddenly you’re on a mission to entertain the kids (and, let’s be honest, buy yourself a bit of peace of mind). After a quick Google search, Jumpin Fun Inflatable Park in Burgess Hill popped up as a potential hero… and it absolutely delivered. We booked online in advance, not quite sure what to expect. Our group included kids ranging from 2 to 15 years old — although I think it’s fair to say the adults may have had even more fun than the children! The inflatable area is brilliant, with loads to do, and everything was genuinely great fun. We went a few hours before closing and ended up with plenty of space to ourselves, which made the experience even better. The park was relatively clean, well organised, and fairly priced — always a win. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and we’d definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families… and competitive adults who secretly love inflatables just as much as the kids. 😄

Manager Leah at the Burgess Hill location has no customer service skills whatsoever. She was rude, abrupt, and didn’t even greet families when they arrived. She spoke down to customers in a way that made you feel stupid rather than helped. I visited on Sunday 24th May for my daughter’s 4th birthday party, and the whole experience was disappointing. It was extremely hot inside, and I was surprised there were no fans or air conditioning. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and the staff generally seemed like they just wanted to go home. I paid a lot of money for my daughter’s birthday celebration but did not feel welcomed at all. It genuinely felt like no one could be bothered. Chloe, the supervisor, was the only member of staff who was polite and pleasant, so credit to her for trying. Overall, I would not recommend this location based on the poor customer service and overall experience of your booking for a birthday party.

I've been here with the kids before, but never in summer. There's no ventilation, the fans are useless and forget about AC. The kids love it here but they were getting way too hot so I took them out early. Definitely a colder weather venue!

Wouldn't recommend, paid nearly £400 for a party and not even allowed in to check on the kids despite having a waiver (wanted me to pay extra money). Then my son came out and threw up...... Was too hot, party poorly planned, no accessible water for the kids down on the play floor (which we raised) but most concerningly the staff seem clueless and it left me with questions over safety and general competence. For anyone planning a party, read the other negative comments, wish I did.
