Gardd Efa

Holyhead sits on the northwestern tip of Anglesey, where rural lanes open onto coastal views across the Irish Sea. Gardd Efa is a 10-minute walk from the beach—close enough for an afternoon on the sand, far enough to keep the salt spray at bay. The village itself is quiet; the appeal here is the landscape and the sea air rather than shops or attractions on the doorstep.

The house sleeps eight across four bedrooms: two with king beds (one has patio doors onto balconies) and two with a pair of singles each. There are two bathrooms plus three ensuite toilets, so mornings needn't be a scramble. The ground floor opens into a living and dining space with woodburner and Smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. A utility room holds a washing machine and extra freezer. Heating is LPG central; bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and initial logs for the burners are included. The garden is enclosed and lawned with a patio; you can park three cars on site.

This works well for a multi-family group wanting their own space or a larger family keen on a coastal retreat without the fuss of a holiday park. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. The property is non-smoking. Check-in is from 15:00, departure by 10:00.
