A kitchen with electric cooking and full appliances sits on the lower ground floor alongside the main bathroom and utility room.

The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels all come as standard. One dog stays free. Parking for two cars is on-site. The village of Moelfre itself—a working harbour with RNLI heritage—lies within walking distance, and the Anglesey Coastal Path runs through it, offering cliff-top routes with sea views. Lligwy Beach, a wide sandy stretch, is nearby for swimming or just sitting out. The property does not permit smoking.
