Kings House is a substantial six-bedroom townhouse in Beaumaris, built around 1720 and deceptively spacious given its street frontage. The property sleeps 12 across three floors: four doubles and two twin rooms, with four bathrooms and an ensuite. Essentials are covered—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included—and the kitchen is fully fitted with double ovens, a gas hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances for self-catering. There is a utility room with a washing machine, and a travel cot and highchair are available.
To the rear, an enclosed courtyard (accessed from the conservatory) has garden furniture and a barbecue, plus a bike store. A public car park is 400 yards away. One pet stays free. The medieval Beaumaris Castle is nearby, and the town itself sits on the Menai Strait with Victorian-era attractions including a pier and courthouse. The closest beach is within walking distance; Red Wharf Bay, with its wide sandy expanse, is also accessible. The area suits families and larger groups looking for sailing, golf, horse riding, and dining options. No smoking throughout.

Absolutely falling down all around the outside, can't park a car in the designated bay due to walls falling down and totally over grown garden. Kept having to move the car out due to aggressive neighbour demanding we not park there, there was nowhere else at all to park. It was my bday awful time not clean either.

Lovely location plenty of rooms for friends are family there is just one problem the WiFi reception is poor and really needs addressing by having a technician to install a proper booster installed there was five different networks from the friends that were with us and you needed to be near the rooter to assess the Internet properly ie to check emails are Goggle places and make reservations

Great big house for a hiring for family holidays right in the heart of Beaumaris. It was spotlessly clean ,massive kitchen, hot tub, a little outside area to sit out, parking a bit of an issue, but you can park on the green for a fiver a day which is a minutes walk away, would recommend
