Llanddona sits quietly on Anglesey's eastern edge, where countryside runs down to some of the island's best coastal paths and sandy beaches. Preswylfa stands beside the owners' home in this rural setting, a single-storey cottage with its own fenced garden and dedicated parking. The nearest beach is a mile away; the village pub sits a ten-minute walk off; Beaumaris with its independent shops and restaurants lies three miles south.
The cottage has two bedrooms (one double, one with twin singles), one bathroom, and everything on ground level. The living room has a woodburner, TV and DVD player. The kitchen comes equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and full-size fridge-freezer. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating comes from air source with underfloor warmth in the bedrooms. Logs for the woodburner are supplied to start; more are available for £3 a basket.
Outside, a patio and lawn offer space to sit with garden furniture and a barbecue. One dog can stay free of charge. The village is walkable but the bus stop stands just 55 yards away if you want a car-free day. Smoking is not permitted inside.
