The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave and full-size fridge; the living area comes with Freeview TV, Netflix and a DVD player.

The property's real draw is outdoors. An enclosed garden with patio, BBQ and summer house opens directly from the house, with sea views across the space. There's also a separate dog exercise paddock. Church Bay's award-winning beach—where dogs are welcome throughout the year and rock pools appear at low tide—is within walking distance, backed by high cliffs and nesting seabirds. A renowned seafood restaurant sits half a mile away. Coastal walks start from the doorstep, and Cemaes Bay, Trearddur Bay (sailing and golf), and Holyhead are all within reach by car.
