Ty'n Cae Cottage suits families or groups of six looking for a self-contained base on Anglesey. Three bedrooms—a zip-and-link, a double, and two singles—share one bathroom plus a separate toilet. The ground-floor layout keeps everything accessible, and a travel cot and highchair are on hand for younger children. One well-behaved dog stays free.
The living room has a woodburner and Freesat television. The kitchen/dining space is properly equipped for cooking: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer mean you can manage a week without hand-washing a single thing. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside, an enclosed front garden gives privacy, with seating and a six-person hot tub that makes the place feel less like a standard cottage rental and more like a retreat. Parking fits three cars.
Llangefni is Anglesey's main town. The cottage sits near Freshstart Driver Training, about a mile from the town centre. The Anglesey Coastal Path runs for 125 miles around the island; Parys Mountain's copper mines and the South Stack Lighthouse are within reach for day trips. No smoking inside.

We used the campsite at this location, basic facilities, with 18 pitches, all with EHU available, the fields are on a slight angle, but this did not make much difference to us, because it is exposed, wind can be a problem for big tents. Easy parking next to pitch, within walking distance to the local pub that has a good selection of beers and good food menu's, the site is not far from Llangefni, which has an Asda and a good camping shop opposite, also some nice little walks.

Wouldn't of even give the 1 star, disgraceful excuse of a campsite the ground is on a slope the grass is uncut, nettles everywhere, there was huge divots in the campsite upon mentioning this to the owner and asking for a refund, as this was a not suitable place to stay with my children, she started to verbally abuse my partner and mother infront of our children, wouldn't give us a refund so we were stuck after driving 6 hours with 5 children we had to phone all campsites luckily we found a brilliant one just around the corner beware while booking this place it looks nothing like the photos

Arrived at this campsite after an 8hr journey with our seven children. We had booked an ‘unlimited sized pitch’ for myself, my husband and children for a campervan and awning. The pitch was under 5m squared and on a slope. We had no room to pitch and could not stay. Still awaiting refund. There is a lovely site down the road that saved our family holiday- I’d recommend going there!

We stayed in the campsite next to the cottage. This is a well kept, budget campsite. The tents are tightly packed together and there are only 2 toilets, which were clean. The showers are also in with the toilets so if two people are having a shower then you may have to wait a while! The site is a bit exposed but the owner has planted some hedging. The field was rutted in places and not flat if you were sleeping on the ground. The local town is a bit run down with no nice eating places. Luckily there are plenty if you drive out a bit further. The washing up station ( only 1) was outdoors and had no hot water.
