Tyddyn Sargent - Ty Llyn sits on the edge of a fishing lake in rural Tyn-y-Gongl, a quiet corner of Anglesey with the coastal village of Benllech and its sandy beach within reach. The setting is rural and calm, looking out over water rather than towards neighbours or passing traffic.

The cottage accommodates six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all arranged on the ground floor. You get a combined living and dining space with patio doors opening onto a decked area, a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob for cooking proper meals, and a hot tub on the terrace for four people. Bedrooms include a kingsize with ensuite shower, a double, and two singles. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. There is parking for two cars on site, with further spaces 200 yards away. One dog is welcome and stays free; under-eights should not use the hot tub.

If you fish, coarse fishing is available on the pond itself on a catch-and-return basis. Otherwise, Benllech's beach is close by for seaside walks, and the surrounding countryside lends itself to exploring on foot. The cottage is non-smoking.

Beautiful setting only thing letting it down at the moment is lots of weed , other than that it's perfect.

Lovely Roach, BIG, Bream, not much more also needs a bit of work, too much weed and strimming. Not happy damaging my car at entrance, high speed hump ? Or was it put in to divert water ??

I have fished this beautiful, tranquil little lake on numerous occasions and I have always caught lots of silver fish. I’m looking forward to coming back again soon with my grandson. Thank you
