Ty Menyn is a modest cottage sitting right beside a coarse fishing lake on Anglesey. Built with a practical layout across two floors, it has two bedrooms—a kingsize upstairs with a Juliet balcony, and a ground-floor twin room—plus a shower room and open-plan living space where the kitchen and dining area flow together. The sitting room has a TV and electric fire; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking with an oven, hob, dishwasher and full-sized fridge. One dog stays free, and there's parking for two cars on site.
The cottage comes with essentials covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi. Outside, a garden with seating looks onto the lake, which is 50 yards away. The fishing on-site operates on a catch-and-return basis. Benllech town and its beach lie under two miles off, with shops, restaurants and a proper sandy stretch for walking along.

Beautiful setting only thing letting it down at the moment is lots of weed , other than that it's perfect.

Lovely Roach, BIG, Bream, not much more also needs a bit of work, too much weed and strimming. Not happy damaging my car at entrance, high speed hump ? Or was it put in to divert water ??

I have fished this beautiful, tranquil little lake on numerous occasions and I have always caught lots of silver fish. I’m looking forward to coming back again soon with my grandson. Thank you
