I recently had my car serviced and some repair work carried out, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout. A special thank you to Kim on the service team, who was supportive, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Mike was also incredibly helpful and made the whole process straightforward. I'd also like to thank Andy and Alan in the technician team for ordering the required parts promptly and carrying out the work to a high standard. It's great to deal with a garage that genuinely values customer service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for future servicing and repairs.

I recently purchased a volvo xc40 from Ty’n Lon. A very positive expirience from the begining. Fantastic customer service, they kept me fully informed from the begining. I even had car delivered to my home address. Complimentary £300 gift and hamper also to show valued custom. Had minior issue with car requring new lock and again they went above and beyond as they collected and returned my car with issue resolved within 24hrs. Would highly recommend and would purchase again from Ty’n Lon.

We recently had a repair carried out at Tyn Lon Volvo, and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Kim and Becky, who were both incredibly helpful throughout the process. Despite clearly being under a lot of pressure, they remained kind, professional, and supportive, keeping us informed and helping to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. We were really impressed with how smoothly everything was handled, and it made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. To top it off, the car was returned to us beautifully cleaned, which was a lovely touch. We’re very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyn Lon Volvo.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 from Sion Roberts at Tyn Lon Garage, and I can honestly say the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Volvo to contact this dealership. I part-exchanged my VW Tiguan and was offered a very fair price, which I was more than happy with. As I was travelling from London to Wales, the team made sure the experience was stress-free. I had pre-paid for the car, and when I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Sion. The XC90 was ready and waiting, and he took plenty of time to show us around the vehicle, explaining all the features and gadgets in detail. I’ve purchased cars from BMW, Volkswagen, Skoda and Mercedes in the past, but I can honestly say that Sion Roberts and the team at Tyn Lon Garage went the extra mile. The level of service I received here was better than any other manufacturer or dealership I’ve dealt with. They were honest and transparent throughout and I cannot recommend them enough.
