White Cottages - White Horses
Isle of Anglesey
View on Google MapsWalk through the door of White Horses and you step into a carefully finished interior. The ground floor holds a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and a combined kitchen and dining space; a separate toilet is also on this level. Upstairs, two bedrooms—one with a zip-and-link super king, the other with a double—share a shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The cottage sleeps four and comes with wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels included. One dog stays free.
Outside, an enclosed back garden offers seating and furniture, and there is private parking for up to four cars. The village itself has a shop, café, gallery, fish and chip shop, pub and transport museum. Newborough Forest lies two miles away—a red squirrel conservation site backing onto a beach where you can walk to Llanddwyn Island. Beaumaris castle and its collection of restaurants and independent shops are under thirty minutes' drive. The island has 125 miles of coastline with coastal paths throughout, making it a base for exploring beaches, clifftop walks and local wildlife. No smoking inside.
