Coed Faen

Coed Faen spreads across three floors, each with its own purpose. Ground level holds the living and dining space alongside a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics included. The first floor contains two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with twin singles) and a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs, a third kingsize bedroom comes with its own ensuite shower room, useful if you need to avoid queuing. One bathroom serves the lower floors. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered in the rental; there's parking for two cars on site, plus an EV charging point if needed.

St Helens sits on the east coast, a small village rather than a sprawl. The pub and shop are within walking distance. A village green overlooks Bembridge harbour, and there's a beach nearby for swimming or just a change of scenery. Restaurants and cafés operate year-round, some with views toward the water. The Isle of Wight itself offers cycling routes, coastal walks, water sports, horse riding and fishing for those wanting to venture further. Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle and The Needles are all reachable as day trips. One dog travels free, though the property is non-smoking. A travel cot is available if required, and there's a bike store for exploring on two wheels.
