Devonia is a detached cabin sleeping six across three bedrooms, situated within walking distance of Sandown on the Isle of Wight. The cabin comes as your own private space, complete with an enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture and barbecue, plus parking for up to four cars. One pet stays free of charge.

The ground floor has a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized fridge. A wet room with shower is also on this level. Upstairs, bedroom one contains a double bed; bedrooms two and three each have zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as either two singles or one double. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included; gas central heating covers winter stays. A cot and highchair are available if needed.

Sandown itself offers seaside attractions within five minutes' drive—amusement arcades, leisure facilities and waterfront restaurants. The property sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with countryside walks, nature trails and opportunities to spot red squirrels and local wildlife. Nearby are Amazon World Zoo Park, Robin Hill Adventure Park, and further afield, Shanklin with its clifftop Chine and period tea rooms. The wider island has Osborne House, various National Trust properties, and coastal activities including sailing, fishing and cycling. No smoking is permitted in the cabin.
