This single-storey property stands on the grounds of Southland Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite near Newchurch. Built with space in mind, it contains five bedrooms—two with kingsize beds, two with pairs of single beds, and one with bunks—alongside two bathrooms, making it practical for families or groups sharing. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Downstairs there is a living room with smart TV opening onto the garden, a dining room, a games room, and useful utility space.

The enclosed garden has furniture and a barbecue for eating outside. Parking for one car is on site, and one well-behaved dog stays free. Wi-Fi and bed linen are provided; heating, electricity and gas are covered in the cost. The property does not permit smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available if you need them.

Sandown's beach, pier and amusements—including the zoo, leisure centre with pool, and various rides—lie about five minutes' drive away. Locally, there is a pub within half a mile and a shop two miles off. The island's heritage attractions, from Osborne House to the Needles, are within easy reach by car, alongside coastal walks, botanical gardens and several working farms open to visitors.
