Honey Bee Cottage
Isle of Wight
Honey Bee Cottage comes with everything you need for a self-catering stay—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi all included, plus a welcome pack from the host. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, so you can cook properly. A woodburner provides warmth on cooler evenings, and there's a shower room with a walk-in shower upstairs. One dog stays free, and there's secure bike storage if you're bringing cycles.
Three bedrooms sleep six: a king on the ground floor with its own separate toilet, a king upstairs, and two singles in the third room. The cottage sits in Calbourne, a village on the Isle of Wight where the main street has a brook running through it and a character that's drawn film crews. You can park one car on site and use the rear garden to sit out. The village is accessible by bike to Military Road, which has become known for cycling, and it's a reasonable drive west to the beaches and Yarmouth with its restaurants and bars.
