The kitchen has a full set of appliances—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine—meaning you can cook properly or go minimal depending on the mood. There's a wood-burning stove in the living and dining room, a conservatory, and an enclosed garden with seating and a barbecue out the back. Parking for two cars sits on the property itself.

The layout spreads across two floors: three bedrooms and three shower rooms, sleeping six. Ground floor holds a twin bedroom and family shower room. Upstairs, a super king bedroom and a second twin bedroom, each with their own ensuite. All the twin beds are zip-and-link, so they convert to doubles if you need them that way. The property is no-smoking throughout.

Bembridge itself is walkable from here—a sailing village with the harbour, beaches and a local inn all nearby. The house sits back on Bembridge Ledge with garden views toward the water.
