Rookmead Cottage

Wellow sits in semi-rural surroundings on the Isle of Wight, a few miles inland from Yarmouth. Rookmead Cottage is a compact, single-storey property with a bedroom upstairs and living space below. The king bed, living room with Freeview, kitchen with electric hob and microwave, and walk-in shower comprise the whole property—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all provided. There is parking for one car and a bike store on site.

The location suits walkers and cyclists. Bus services connect to the rest of the island from nearby, and Colwell Bay—one of the west's most popular beaches, with a restaurant and café—is a short drive away. Yarmouth itself, a working port town with a castle and Grade II listed pier, sits at the ferry terminal from Lymington. The cottage looks out over open countryside both front and back. No smoking inside.
