Rosedene

Built in 2018, Rosedene is a detached house designed to accommodate larger groups comfortably across two floors. The ground floor contains four bedrooms and a family bathroom with a roll-top bath, while the first floor holds a substantial master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the garden. Three bathrooms in total mean guests aren't queuing in the mornings, with two offering ensuite showers to bedrooms. One ground-floor twin is equipped with a PlayStation 4 for younger visitors.

The main living space is open-plan, flowing from a sitting area with a smart TV through to a dining room that opens onto the garden via patio doors. The kitchen has two electric ovens, a hob, a combi microwave, dishwasher and wine cooler—everything needed to cook properly rather than resort to takeaways. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer lets you manage laundry without thinking about it. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside, a large lawned garden provides space for children to play or adults to sit on the patio with the garden furniture. There's parking for five cars and a bike store. The house is 150 yards from Colwell Bay's beach and its beachside café. One small dog is welcome. The property is wheelchair accessible, though there are two steps down to the patio. No smoking inside.
