Niton sits on the Isle of Wight's south coast with immediate access to footpaths, bridleways and beaches. The village itself has a pub, shops, pizza restaurant and pharmacy within walking distance. Sandstones is a stone cottage that dates from the 18th century and has been extended to sleep eight across four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or ensuite. The ground floor contains the living spaces: a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and smart TV, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking with a range and gas hob. Upstairs are the bedrooms—three with king beds and one with two singles—along with shower rooms and a heated towel rail.
The property is yours alone. It includes wi-fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and logs for the fire. The enclosed garden has a hot tub for six people and a barbecue; there is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. One dog stays free. You can park three cars on the private drive, and there is storage in the detached garage for bikes and equipment. The cottage does not permit smoking inside.
