The ground floor holds the main living and dining room with French doors to the garden, plus a fully equipped kitchen; a second sitting room with Freeview TV and Nintendo Wii upstairs opens onto a roof terrace with views across both countryside and sea. The enclosed, south-facing garden has furniture and a barbecue. One car can park on site. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are all included. No smoking is permitted. The property requires two steps at the entrance.
