About Riverside Hotel
Beezon Road runs alongside the River Kent on the edge of Kendal, with the fells and lanes of the Lake District spreading out beyond the town, and Riverside Hotel makes use of that setting as a base for exploring the surrounding countryside. The 58 rooms include family rooms and a bridal suite, all with en-suite bathrooms, and there's a lift for easier access to upper floors.
The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, with breakfast, packed lunches and kids' meals available, plus room service and drinks brought to your room if you'd rather not go down. Guests can use the indoor swimming pool, gym and spa on-site, and there's a garden for quieter moments. Business services and concierge support are also on hand, and the hotel takes on weddings as a venue too.
Free on-site parking makes it straightforward to come and go, whether that's into Kendal itself for pubs and restaurants or out towards the golf course, cycling routes and walking paths nearby. Pets are welcome, which suits guests travelling with dogs for the fells.
