Pleasant environment. Renovations and refurbishment so far are looking great and show much promise for the eventual look. Very friendly owners and a community feel. The Sales team ( Sales manager Michael Edwards and his assistant Laura )were very informative, enthusiastic, welcoming and helpful. They were prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that customers felt comfortable, could browse, ask questions chat with other owners and make informed decisions about what was right for them in every way. No pressure, just information.

We have just purchased a caravan and Ellie the office manager, was superb in guiding us through various processes. She went beyond her duty of care and ensured our fridge freezer was fitted before taking possession. Her professionalism and customer service is invaluable.
