Flowers Of May Getaway

The beaches and coastal paths around Swale are within easy reach of Flowers Of May Getaway, a three-bedroom lodge on Ashcroft Coast Holiday Park. The site itself has a heated swimming pool open during the day, and the surrounding area offers seaside walks and access to the shoreline without a car needed.

Everything is on the ground floor: a combined living and dining space with patio doors onto a decked area, a kitchen with a full range of appliances for self-catering, three bedrooms (one with an ensuite shower, two others sharing a family bathroom), and a sofa bed that converts part of the lounge if you need extra sleeping space. The lodge sleeps 8 and one pet stays free. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. Two cars can park at the front, and there's a sitting-out area with garden furniture.

The holiday park sits on the Isle of Sheppey, making it suitable for families or groups after a straightforward coastal break without much driving to find things to do. No smoking inside.
