Carey

Carey is a seven-bedroom detached house on an exclusive estate in Minster, Sheerness, sleeping up to 16 guests. The property comes with everything needed for a self-catering stay: bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity are all included, along with heating throughout. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cooler and combi microwave, making it straightforward to prepare meals for a large group. Highchairs are available on request if needed.

The layout spreads across three floors. Ground floor has a study with sofa bed, two double bedrooms (one with ensuite), and a separate toilet. The first floor contains the open-plan kitchen-dining room with breakfast bar, a spacious living room with Smart TV and Sky, a utility room with washing machine, and a further bedroom with two singles. Upstairs are four more bedrooms, including one kingsize with ensuite and two further bathrooms. Multiple bedrooms have French doors opening onto balconies or patios, and the two-level rear garden offers patio seating and lawn space for outdoor time.

Parking includes a garage for one car and private spaces for two more, with additional street parking available. The property is about two and a half miles from the beach. Smoking is not permitted. One pet is welcome.
