Sunshine Cottage

Sunshine Cottage is a four-bedroom property sleeping eight, set on the edge of Kilgetty in rural Pembrokeshire. Two bedrooms are downstairs—one with a double bed, one with singles—along with the main living spaces. Upstairs, a kingsize bedroom and another with singles complete the accommodation. There is one bathroom with bath and shower, plus a separate toilet on the upper floor. The whole place is yours alone, with private parking for four cars and space to store bikes or sporting equipment.

The kitchen is thoroughly set up for cooking: electric oven, gas hob, range cooker, combi microwave, dishwasher and American-style fridge freezer mean you can prepare meals at any scale. A gas woodburner warms the living room, which opens via patio doors onto an elevated rear terrace furnished with seating and views over countryside toward the sea. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered. Cots, a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. A washing machine is in the external utility room. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Kilgetty itself has a pub, shop, award-winning butcher and restaurant within walking distance. Saundersfoot and Tenby are nearby, as is the Pembrokeshire coastline with its harbours, coves and beaches. One dog can stay free of charge.
