Stayed here a few weeks ago as a small group with young children. The kids loved the goats. The guys running the site are really friendly and chill and we had a great stay. Pitches were nice and level up the top of the field with nice mown out areas and pitches were well spaced to have a bit of privacy if you want. Toilet and showers were all nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

A very special campsite - my girls are already asking to go back!! Fab location, large pitches mown into the meadow, great facilities and lots of animals. But it was the kindness and helpfulness of the owner Vicky that made this site. She was so patient with the girls 'helping' with the animals and even saved our breakfast when we couldn't finish our bike ride to the bakery - she picked up pastries and bought them to our pitch! Can't wait to return

Last minute decision to go to Owl Barn Farm Camping - we had a really lovely weekend. The campsite has everything you need, is in a great location and the pitches mown into the long grass give you plenty of space. Would certainly recommend.

I can’t recommend this place enough or say enough positive things about it!! This was a fantastic little break and we will definitely return! Simple, easy going, affordable camping and the kids really loved it. We travelled with two families (total of 3 adults and 5 kids). We left a little early, but it was by no means due to the campsite or the service, it was just because our tent let a bit too much rain in so our blankets were wet. The farm has a horse, a pony, several goats, chickens, chicks and ducks which were all super friendly and loved the attention from the kids. The hosts were absolutely great! They allowed the kids to spend time with the chickens, hold the chicks and groom the horses. They even got us out a spot of bother with the jump leads when our big lad drained our car battery (thank you). Whilst the site wasn’t massive like a commercial campsite, there’s still ample space to allow the crazy kids run wild without being anywhere near anyone else (you get to choose your own spot to which was great). The toilets/showers were super clean and well maintained and there’s a sink area to wash pots and pans. There’s a little airfield near by and the market was enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this site if you’re looking for something easy going and simple that the kids will love. Thank you for a great time!
