Hunstanton's striped cliffs rise behind this single-storey bungalow, positioned on the Norfolk coast where the beach is a few minutes' walk away. The town and its golden sands sit nearby, and the Royal Sandringham Estate lies within reach for a day trip. Everything here occupies one level, with the living and dining room opening directly onto a large enclosed garden through patio doors—a natural place to drift between indoors and outside throughout the day.

The kitchen handles proper cooking: electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer mean you can manage a week's worth of meals and laundry without fuss. Two bedrooms serve different needs—the first has a double bed, ensuite with bath and shower, and a television; the second offers two single beds, a separate shower room, and its own TV. The second bathroom means mornings need not be rushed. A 55-inch Smart TV in the living space streams Netflix and other apps, and wifi reaches throughout. Bed linen, towels and heating are already sorted. Private parking accommodates two cars on site.

The garden, fully enclosed, has a patio, furniture and loungers—useful for a dog, who is welcome here. No smoking indoors. This works for couples, friends or small families wanting a straightforward coastal break where the beach isn't a drive away.
