Woodpecker Barn is a converted barn near Kings Lynn, designed for families and couples seeking a self-contained getaway. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles—and everything sits on a single level, with level access to the entrance. A shower room, living and dining space, and fully equipped kitchen complete the layout. The essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with Wi-Fi and a welcome pack.

What sets this barn apart is the private hot tub for four guests, available from the second night onwards, positioned in an enclosed courtyard garden with seating. The grounds are shared with one other property on-site and include an acre of meadow—useful if you've brought outdoor games or simply want space to move about. Parking is for two cars. The barn retains original character with exposed beams and wooden floors alongside modern kitchen appliances and smart televisions in both bedrooms. Smoking is not permitted.

The North Norfolk coast lies within 30 minutes' drive, giving access to sandy beaches, nature reserves and historical houses. Kings Lynn itself offers shops and amenities closer to hand.
