King's Lynn is within easy reach, and the area around the Cemetery offers a genuine countryside base without feeling remote. This Grade II listed cottage accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it suitable for large families or groups gathering together. The property is yours alone—no shared facilities—and there is parking for five cars on site.

Indoors, two sitting rooms give space to spread out: one has an open fire, the other a woodburner and a games room with pool table and dartboard. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric cooker, range, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. Four double beds are provided, two with an additional single, and a cot and highchair are available by request. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; initial fuel for the open fire is also covered.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden contains a sitting area, barbecue, pizza oven and private four-person hot tub. There's an outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge for preparing food al fresco. One dog is welcome to stay free. The property does not accept smoking, and it is available only for holiday lets, not celebrations such as hen or stag parties.
