The Annexe at Park Farm Barns

Walking through the door of The Annexe at Park Farm Barns, you step straight into a combined living room and kitchen on the ground floor—no stairs, no corridors. A kingsize bed and ensuite shower are immediately to hand. The kitchen has what you need to cook: electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A Freeview Smart TV sits in the living area, alongside a breakfast table and a small front courtyard with seating outside. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; one small dog stays free.

The annexe occupies a quiet corner of Park Farm Barns near Snettisham village, with private parking for two cars and a bike store on site. The RSPB nature reserve and beach lie within walking distance—the reserve's hides offer views across the mudflats, particularly dramatic when spring tides push thousands of birds toward the shore. Snettisham beach itself stretches wide and flat, a mix of stone and sand with grass behind. The village has shops, pubs and a tea room. Arrive after 4pm, depart by 10am. No smoking inside.
