The Stables

The Stables is a detached house near Kings Lynn that comes ready for groups of up to 11. Everything you need is included: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered, along with initial fuel for the open fire. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, so you can cook properly rather than make do. There's parking for four cars on site and an enclosed garden with patio furniture.

Five bedrooms are spread over two floors. Downstairs holds the living room with its open fire, a separate dining room, kitchen, games room and a wet room with shower. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower, plus a single and a bunk room with two beds. The family bathroom has both a roll-top bath and a separate shower cubicle. No smoking is permitted throughout.

The house suits families and groups looking for space to gather indoors or outside. It's near Downham Market and positioned for exploring Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay, with check-in after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
