Plenty of free parking out front, a warm welcome from the hosts and amazing rooms, comfortable with excellent facilities. My second time staying and it won’t be the last as nothing is too much trouble and a gorgeous breakfast to set you up for your day ahead. Well done to all concerned.

This guest house is our final stop before flying home from vacation, just about 20 minutes from Manchester Airport. Always a warm welcome and well appointed, comfortable rooms. We certainly slept well! Breakfast was delicious. There is a nearby authentic pub that we can walk to in about 20 minutes that is excellent. Don't miss a stay at the Laburnum Cottage Guest house. It's really lovely!

We visited Laburnam Cottage last weekend and had booked 6 of the 7 rooms for a wedding. The whole experience was superb from start to finish. Karen and Carl were the perfect hosts and couldn’t have been more hospitable. Everything was spotless and the breakfast was awesome.
