Super campsite near Glenelg. We camped and wow, easy soft placing of tent pegs. No stones to battle with. Plenty pitches for campers and many with electric hook up if that’s a thing you need. Only one shower and three toilets though, (one of which is in the shower room). This can result in queues, however I only saw that happen once during a two night stay. Pot wash is outside and cold water unfortunately. Easily a two plus mile walk to the village shop and or pub with a lovely village hall with toilets and showers. The ferry to Skye is approximately 4 miles. Also a beautiful 9 mile drive takes you to the village of Arnisdale and finally Coran (public toilets again but it’s the end of the line). Beautiful views of Skye and Knoydart from that journey. Be sure to book for an amazing meal at the Glenelg Inn as it can book up quickly. Beaches, hill walks, views, beautiful scenery abound. Broches, rivers, an amazing bronze sculpture (Glenelg punching way above its weight here) for a war memorial. Abundance of wildlife (Gavin Maxwell’s grave at Sandaig), or just sheer tranquility this area has everything and if you’re on a budget this is a lovely, clean, well looked after campsite with all the above just up to a few miles away 😊👍🏼

What a privilege to find this campsite in the bottom of a Glen. It was beautiful. Small washing up area, water and water area, toilets and a shower. Genuinely stunning place and Ronnie the owner was lovely.

A lovely, tranquil, little site, in a valley, close to Glenelg. It's on a farm. Beautiful scenery. Owner friendly and helpful. 2 toilets and shower, which are nice and clean. We feel very chilled here.
